Paul, in general the software industry doesn't keep figures on "backlogs" the way mfg companies do. Since the software doesn't take any substantial time to produce(copies of it) and doesn't have any substantial cost to produce their is no relevence to the idea of a "backlog", this generally refers to items that in either in process or in queue to be manufactured.

The question will be answered shortly, in any case. If the order was received months ago, it will likely start to be billed. If it was only received in March there is no way they billed the whole thing. Such large deployments just don't work that way in the s/w business.
