Regarding Inovision and the Q-1 chip....

I received the information I ask for from Inovision on yesterday. I came in a regular size envelope and consisted of a color 11x17 glossy paper TWO letter sheets of paper. The glossy sheet has a closeup picture of a mother board and a big chip in the center. What I found interesting is the Q-1 printed on the chip was printed after the picture was taken, not on the chip itself? Maybe they did they to enhance the Q-1, I don't know, but it stands out and made me question the photo. (I might be overly concerned about everything now??)

The story on the inside sounds great..."What Dolby did to Revolutionize Sound, INOVISION's Technology is Poised to do for the Expected $3 Trillion Multimedia Market"...etc.....

The first sheet of information listes the highlights about the company and their financials. For financial information we get, the trading symbol (ITI VSE), Shares Outstanding 5,211,946, Fiscal Year OCT 31, 12g(3)2b Exemption 82-3459, the Registered Office Werbes Sasges and Company #708-1111 W. Hastings St. Vancouver B.C., Transfer Agent Pacific Corportate Trust Company #830-625 Howe Street Vancouver B.C. and Auditor Dennis N. Wong #762-888 Dunsmuir Street, Vancouver, B.C.

Does anything there stand out to anyone? Maybe the Fiscal Year, the put OCT 31, is that OCT 31 1995? How about the Auditor? Dennis N. Wong, one person is responsible?

So, my investor information consists of a glossy sheet that has a great story and I'm to believe that the company has 5,211,946 shares right now.

I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE TRUTH OR FALLACY of the information I received. This company could be clean and the product could be great. I'm just very focused on every item of a small cap from now on. A call to the Transfer agent (thanks Chuck) would be a wise move and a call to Robert (Bob) Sutton (604) 438-5699 e-mail bsutton@inovision.com would be useful.

If SEXI/SOE is using the chip and it works, than perhaps Inovision is a great investment right now???

Aloha
