Now lets talk "Unfair Advantage" and what both of these companies bring to the table. Noram has the Autocaller 2000 that is an exclusive distribuion (no competition) to Noram. All Noram needs is the game and software to communicate and make a 3 ball bingo a reality. Now what does World Touch bring? An Unfair Advantage by having existing equipment in the Indian Reservations and software. The equipment is gorgeous.

The games I touched and witnessed are or soon will be a leader in the gaming industry fraught with medocrity where World Touch's equipment and the Autocaller 200 are of the highest quality. This JV is going to establish a SOLID "unfair Advantage" & Cash cow for Noram & World Touch. The advantage we as shareholders have is the stock.

Presently they have equipment in various Indian reservations and so forth now. There are something like 100 indian tribes in California and even more than that in Oklahoma. The potential is unbelieveable. I saw the Autocaller 2000 in their warehouse and it is a beautiful piece of equipment. They had 30 - 40 cabinets lined up finishing the internal structure. I thought slots were a cash cow. This game is going to compete with Keno and the slots AND moves so fast with such an appeal it will give the table games a run for their money. I am a Craps, Roulette, Blackjack etc. gambler. This I would play against the masses if I could get a seat at a terminal.

World Touch and Noram both have solid dedications to developing a revolutionary system. They are not looking for a system they just drop off or sell outright. They both realize the revenues from just establishing the system and installing it in the casinos and taking a royality or percentage is key. Lets face it 50 machines running for 8 Hours a day then you end up with .75 for 3 cards x 50 players x 30 seconds for a game = $75.00 per minute to the casino or $36,000.00 per a day using only 1/3 of the day of full use or $1,116,000.00 per month. Now the Seminoles in Hollywood Florida have a non electronic system which over the past 6 year has produced on a 50 units an average of $27,000.00 a day. This does not consider the progressive Bonus. So I figure $250,000.00 per month for the JV to get on each system of 50 units and an autocaller. They are expecting a system going in 30 days and they have client for the system supposely.

I am a gambler and I have visited a lot of casinos and know the people that play in groups. Keno, Poker and yes even bingo and a 3 card bingo I would play. I was fascinated by the over all system and the existing client base of World Touch. By the way the Autocaller 2000 is the key to a class two game. Those that know gambling know what this means.

Now Noram has much much more than just this one JV in the every near future. George is not going to point fingers just adapt and overcome. As this company defines itself people will begin to see the unfair advantages to it. Maybe a few months and I know they are going to have bad financials when the 10K comes out but I am investing on the future not the past. Noram is about to start defining itself.
