I agree - when revenues are increasing and retained earnings are increasing. Does it make any sense when revenues have been flat for 3Qs? The money may soon be needed; why? because business as usual will not suffice and changing the direction of a business requires capital. >They are doing the right thing. When you have >too much cash, either give that back to >share holder or buyback stocks.
