That is precisely the point that we have tried to persue with colon. He along with others have been character assinating ftel to engrandize dctc for 2 months. But the facts are simple. ftel is launching fnet alone and ftel holders will have direct or inferred value of 1.17 shares(current projection)of fnet. that gives a residual value .50 cents for ftel(1 11/16-1.17=.50)pre ipo. IMO it is the ftel hardware that makes ftel a more valuable property. It should sell at a premium to fnet. The price of ftel imo is ridiculously low presently and by what is taking place a great buy.50 cents per share for a company selling its technology to usrx come on! Dont dispare, remember colon bashed ftel on prodigy in almost criminal terms a few weeks ago and it had limited effect on the stock price.so consider the source, we cant get rid of him presently(one can only hope),he is like sticky paper but his influence is not great enough to damage ftel. All you have to ask yourself is why is he trying to disrupt ftel when by his own admission he has no interest in ftel but a now defunct potential business arrangement.to get a hint look at my recent post about the coupled trading possibilities ,this is only speculation but in the immortal words of arte johnson VERY INTERESTING..
