Everybody
claims that Jesus agrees with their hatreds.
Each individual has their own, some far more hateful than others.
If you have a hate supported by doctrine, creed or theology, then you are a bigot, that is what the word means.
Bigotry, or clinging to creed, comes in many flavors, get angry whenever you see it.
You are a bigot if you hate Jews.
You are a bigot if you hate Blacks.
You are a bigot if you hate Homosexuals.
You are a bigot if you hate the idea of female priests.
You are a bigot if you hate Mormons.
etc...
It doesn't matter where you find justification for your bigotry, like slavery, it is wrong. |
