That is an amazing analysis John the board (some on the board) do not view the new directors as Healthmed people. Of course they are not tested but one lives inPalm Beach and owns stock... the other lives in Carlsbad and he is his own man (an investor) aligned with our common purpose.. Stein Healthmed are out they have NO standing on the board and no say so on anything... I don't think they would be seriously approached selecting any body at all... If they don't approve they don't collect .... if you know what I mean... they are gone... at least that is the concensus... if they are truly broke. The numbers is tricky I posted extensively on Yahoo about that, its not a simple issue...don't know if you read me... late march early April posts... regards luis
