Mr K...Just thought of a couple things: 1. Did you see any equipment for electronic order entry??? If not , any orders from Wal-Mart will probably be one shot deal. 2. How automated was the warehouse??? 3. How big is warehouse??? 4. How many scanners are in warehouse???? Get the picture....IMHO...No to 2 0r more of the above...sell.
