Francis, Re: >"Does it make any sense when revenues have been flat for 3Qs? The money may soon be needed; why? because business as usual will not suffice and changing the direction of a business requires capital."<

When one of the most successful managements in history decides not to worry about needing extra cash I view that as a very positive sign for that company going forward. Especially when I know less about their business then their competitors. I trust they know what they are doing and they are letting us (the layman) know things are not that bleak going forward.

I maintain Intel's biggest worry right now is the FTC or DOJ which also speaks of how well the management has and will do.
