Soooo..California will be spending mega bucks on Y2k work. Good thing that one of TAVA's main offices just happens to be in Sacramento, the state capitol! Someone put the embedded chip bug in the lawmakers' ears. I bet the Chevron work came out of the Sacramento office also as the proximity to Chevron in the Bay Area is very close. This is what we call well connected.
