I'm sorry to see you guys get burned so bad. Pretty lousy of GEN not to warn in advance, but I suppose if they had warned they would have had to pay a lot more for the companies they acquired with their stock. I imagine those people that sold out for GEN stock recently feel pretty bad right now. I don't know if I'm going to bother looking into this company anymore or not. If you can't trust the management, then your bound to get burned sooner or later. If you know of a good reason to still be interested please let me know. Good luck to you,
