Here are some share numbers which may help everyone.

55 million authorized
22 million outstanding
35 percent held by insiders
5 million float

This info came to me second hand. When I verify I will post again.

If someone can message me the companies they think can be id'd with USDI. I will attempt to put a valuation model together. I am already aware of the Brightpoints and a few of the other obvious ones but any additions would be helpful.

PS. Glad to see you here Phillip. I've enjoyed your "Y2K clubhouse" since joining SI - it is a great thread.
