Al Bindi -- Ex-CIA guy now working at SEXI. Dave Bruggeman -- SEXI engineer. James Christensen -- 5% shareholder in SEXI. Major ICMX shareholder. Tom Clines -- Other than rumored the new CEO, I've never heard of him. The Connells -- Anyone in the family that got left out? Probably not. Doris Cote -- PR lady from Canada. Geoffrey Eiten -- OTC Communications. Tom Foley -- Was a broker at MH Meyerson. Cold-called me about SEXI. Howard Ginsberg -- Not sure, but I think he does legal work for SEXI. The Goldsteins -- How nice, shares for the kids! Jerrold Hinton -- Hey Hubert, there's your ADGI connection??? Corrine Iacovelli -- Last name sounds familiar. Maria Iacovelli -- A secretary with 1.3 million shares. Marie Igneri -- Has/had a boyfriend who worked at MH Meyerson. Brian Jackson -- Married to Walt Disney's great-granddaughter. Laser-Tech Designs -- Walther's wife's company. Lulu Productions -- Shelly Krafts' wife's co. She did the video. Ted Melcher -- SGA Goldstar. Richard Morrissey -- Financial consultant to SEXI. Rumored CFO. RATCOM -- DNAnalyzer. Fred Raumer -- Ex employee of SEXI. Jay Sanders -- Current employee at SEXI. Kenneth Steiner -- Geoff Eiten's partner at OTC Comm. Robert Steiner -- Gee, you take a guess. Shannon Terry -- SGA Goldstar. Richard Thomas -- Played John Boy on the Waltons? Jerry Thornthwaite -- How many shares does he still hold? James Tully -- 5% SEXI shareholder. Major ICMX shareholder. Peter Wang -- World Communications Group President? Dick Yoder -- Ex-employee of SEXI. Robert Campbell -- Old President of SEXI before Walther came in. I don't recognize the other names. Some of these S-8 are very troubling, and other are most likely legit. Sedona, do your copies of the S-8's say anything for what these services are for? If anything can fill in any of the blanks, I'd appreciate it. Some of these people received enormous amounts of shares. I'd also like to know how many of these shares are still closely held. Very few I suspect.
