hey pappy! what about warrants or rights to purchase? summit tech to issue 8 mil to buy lcav at 8$ a share from them by year 2000 say at 1.00$ to 1.50 or so. offered to shareholders first then general public as they are traded. just another possibility if they do not need excessive cash for a purchase of new laser tech. why can't they upgrade their machines to meet the newer models at their entrance? ar.
