Charlie Huttoe a victim? Hardly. He repeatedly told me that the shares being issued were restricted. REPEATEDLY TOLD ME. And that didn't even include the shares that he was covering up. I plan to find out about these individuals who got 1,000,000+ shares, as well as some of those companies. I'd like to know who exactly owns them.
