The assets of Genesis Group Inc. were acquired by trading 9,270,000 shares of Hollywood Showcase for 100% of the stock of Genesis. The assets acquired are now shown on the balance sheet.
Also, there are some contracts which people either have forgotten about or have not known about.

Dealer Direct/Auto Plus has granted Genesis the sole, exclusive agency
and media rights for a 3-year period, for this television and
advertising campaign.
