Help anyone,

For the fourth time in 6 weeks I have suffered what appears to be
a hard drive crash on my home PC. Each time I was up on SI, usually
early mornings, usually Sunday mornings. Sounds suspiciously like
a timed virus. But, my VSCAN is not detecting anything (its up
to date). When I run a diag on it it tells me the drive is beyond repair.

I have heard that SI had a problem with cookies downloading destructive programs. If that is the case, I would appreciate any
info on it and more importantly, how to prevent it.

Searching in the dark - trying to find a cause and solution.

Kevin - at work on a Sunday morning, Pisssed about having to
go through this again. HELP ANY IDEAS?
