The fundamentals for LOGIY have always been great. It's the stock price which doesn't keep up. Though down here at 14 it could be a good buy for a run back to 16 or more.

If you would like an interesting European high tech play, look at DOCDF, a CD-ROM and multimedia services company which has almost doubled this year.
