No, I was just being facetious. I suppose it has not failed, but it just seems the company has spent the last several months trying to close a shell deal rather than growing the company. If you are into shell speculation, this is a good bet. Try CRCP if you don't think the dead can rise. It hasn't passed the .01 mark in years. Now the volume is getting heavier.
