A good read of the 10K is necessary as you can then better assess the announced plans and options available to AGTI. I do not think my posts were overly negative, except my comment regarding the change in the option prices available to management. I would make a similar criticism of any company that does this and unfortunately it is more common than it should be.

I welcome your participation on the GMTC thread and encourage others to take a look. I have not wanted to focus on GMTC here on this thread, but would welcome discussion, good and bad, on the GMTC thread.

Remember, I am not GMTC, but only represent them in Texas. I certainly intend to ensure GameTech market leadership in TX. Trend / GameTech had a record first quarter here in TX and second quarter is looking very good. In the above effort this obviously means that I will be working to prevent market penetration for AGTI products here in TX. The workings of the stock market and this thread does not give any advantage to either AGTI or GMTC in this competitive arena here in Texas.

I will continue to post pertinent information that will be of interest to serious investors, such as yourself. I do not intend to color this analysis and I will try to refrain from any similar comments such as I made regarding the option re-pricing. I will also be available to discuss GMTC on the GMTC thread.

Glad to hear from you, as some of the less able knee-jerkers have been in control lately.
