>>>What gets me is, one day, they're a 3rd tier mail-order record
distributor and the next, the market decides they're some hot internet stock worth a 500% increase. If this isn't some sort of sign, I don't know what is.<<<

Umm, perhaps you're not using an accurate bench mark? I think the stock was severely undervalued previous to it's announcement. A profitable retailer should go for 1x sales IMO. So the fact that it has increased 400% (not 500%--7 to 28 is 400%)is not that significant in that light (KTEL is at ~1x ttm sales at this level).

>>>But if you believe the current momentum + hype + inevitable squeeze can move this stock up to anything near AMZN levels, go for it -- it probably will. Hopefully, you will have cashed out before it and/or this whole internet thing collapses.<<<

I'll pass on holding KTEL overnight, either way. The main thrust of my postings is to warn people away from shorting this issue. There is no reason why KTEL couldn't go to 2 or even 3x ttm sales on momentum.

Of course the Bearon's effect will probably have me shorting it in the morning, but I'll take that position to cash in the afternoon, win, lose, or draw.

BTW, thanks for the report on KTEL's offices, will look forward to your Monday report.
