All,
It appears that DFNL has filed to authorize via 2 S-8 filings an additional 1.5m shares to pay for current legal fees. That should bring the total outstanding above 9m (I believe). Its too bad DFNL is having legal troubles just when revenue and hopefully profits will be rising significantly this year. Only time will tell.
