Through Stockmaster.com, we can vote on how we feel about TASA. With all the recent good news and press releases, the stock price has shown very little change overall to the plus side. What are your predictions and gut feelings on WHEN the stock price will reach the levels that are talked about in newsletters and Tom's interesting "napkin math" techniques. In addition, what do you think is holding it back?

Stock Price Will Climb When

Snow,

The stock price of TASA will climb as earnings improve and the Brake Business Schools acquisition is completed in early July. The press releases have been informational and educational in nature. TASA's plan has been displayed for all to see. The explosive potential of the education & training industry is now clearly documented.

Investors are appear to be focused on revenue and earnings growth. When one investigates TASA the negative Trailing Twelve Months eps is a red flag even as the fundamentals are improving. The 2nd quarter ending April 30th may be another break even event with improving revenues due to the MLP and BETA acquisitions. Additional downward pressure on the stock price may be coming from the 153,200 share overhang. This situation was created when an estate signaled its intent to sell a small portion of their TASA holdings via Form 144 with the SEC on 2/6/98. It is my understanding that this sale has not gained all the necessary approvals to be executed. Yet, it remains an unknown factor.

The actual turnaround for TASA is expected in the 3rd and 4th quarter of this year. Of course it is significant to note that TASA has climbed as much as 100% since its low point and now maintains a base above $1.00.

Hold on!

Regards,

Tom
