The Merz deal is a masterstroke for Paul Freiman and NTII. I am amazed that he was able to negotiate this. How many deals have you seen Merz make? This is an incredibly private company that play everything close to the vest. NTII has tried in the past to interest Merz in a deal and got absolutely nowhere. The fact that Freiman was able to pull this off in the face of near bankruptcy is absolutely amazing. He must be a extraordinary salesman and negotiator. I'm long and holding John de C
