Sandra, I think that your caution is well advised. MIOA stated a lot of positives in their 10k. The Company is being portrayed as a turnaround and received a good initial market reaction. I would stay away from this one except as a quick trade if it's got momemtum. It just might as the 10q has not been released yet and it seems like they are building excitement for that release. The Co. filed for an extension of the 10k and 10q filings and did not give a reason. The reason as it appears now is that they had a working capital deficiency that has just been cleared up by the sale of some assets. There are Reg S convertible debentures and all kinds of financing strings holding this company together. Too scary for me. Sergio
