Here's a negative again from Tokyo Joe's Cafe: FAMH.. Good luck,, I have spoken with the management,, and I do not see this stock as a kosher stock to invest in ... go and buy and buy I certainly will not,, this is with all sincere objectivity... Message 4117089 I suppose we don't need to concern ourselves with this nay-saying considering that the author is more of a day trader and most of us are in for the long haul, but it's wise to consider the opinions of others. On the reverse merger thing. I continue to be concerned because basically these guys can use any ratio they care to. I've been burned before on this sort of thing. However, from what they have said on the CC, I am willing to trust that they will fix the ratio at the time of the merger based on current per share value. We won't really know until the deal is done though. Cos.
