Yes, but I was much more modest then.

The whole ground has been covered a thousand times. Every issue. Ages ago. Will the POA thing matter, is this the final issue, are the 3 gold rights motions before the courts? We had that out of the way 365 days ago.

I knew something was askew when Dome uncharacteristically started releasing bombastic press announcements pooh poohing KRY's suit and saying it was "procedural" based on "technical matters" relating to "previous transfers", nothing to do with "present ownership". Previous transfers? Technical matters? Whoah Nelly...! And if those previous transfers give them previous title? Like I stake claims, turn them over to a company and this transfer is disallowed so it comes open and somebody else stakes it. So this technical detail is not important. I see. hmmm... interesting world.

I realized at once that the legal hands of time could be turned back on these technical details and a legal battle for ownership was shaping up. I discounted Domes mealy-mouth fog and glommed onto KRY 100%. I could see the crack in the dyke would lead to a flood. I later met Oppenheimer and although he had been through a swamp it was detectable that he moved with enough speed that not one fly remained.
The die was cast. We all know were the flood in the swamp will lead when the casting is poured sans insectae :)

Have you ever been in a submarine at 5000 feet and seen a dozen leaks in the piping suddenly start? To then hear the captain intone it was technical matter and you should put the bow planes down and gain speed would be unnerving no? You know there is trouble ahead.

Oppenheimer's Sub is running steady and true. The Dome sub needs to surface for repairs. Its an old diesel and needs recommissioning.
Oppy's hunter killer stealth model is more likely to make it into the 21st century unscathed.
