Hi, thanks for the response... most helpful.. I'm now updating my DD on possibly going long tomorrow. I've read your recent posts and am convinced that you're a person of great wisdom and experience. There are two more questions nagging me...

1. If there is a favourable decision, what are the odds of further political maneuverings by MEM (given the frequent uncertainty of rules of laws in an emerging country) to cause further delays?

2. Some analysts have aired the opinion that even if KRY were to win the legal battle, based on the total amount of recoverable gold (14 mill ozs), gold price itself ($300), and the potential stock dilution from getting sufficient capital needed to produce the gold, the stock price is fully valued at $6.50. How do you see this?

thanks in advance,
d
