I noticed the news on this company from a post on another thread. I am interested in the future propects for this company and considering the run on internet stocks for the past year this struck my eye as a low entry price investment near its 52 week low with positive news and no pump and dump in progress. Does anyone here have access to Edgar-Online filings? There is an April 16,1998 FNTN filing but I am not a member. I cannot find it on freedgar.com or SEC Edgar search site but sometimes filings take a few days to appear on those sites. edgar-online.com Best regards, ken
