Hello Goalie or anyone that can help.

In suf news release-Jan. 15- it states from the heirs view
that "South Africa's new constitution protects their rights,
despite the existing legislation."

I'm presuming the existing legislation is what has been
mentioned on this thread and presuming suf and/or Rangold
has followed such legislation correctly. Would it also be
correct to presume the heirs are going for a loophole in the
"new constitution"? Does anyone know when the "new constitution"
came into existence? Does S.A. law allow for full disclosure
before the court dates? If so are these documents accessible
to suf?

Or am I looking for something that isn't there?

I'm very bullish on suf long term. Company seems ambitious,
sincere, honest with great properties.
Even if suf happens to lose I still feel fortunate to be able
to buy suf at these low oversold prices.

Thanks in advance
