- As at September 30, 1997, shares issued were 16,819,822
- On October 2, 1997, stock options were granted entitling officers to purchase 1,100,000 shares at $0.17 expiring October 1, 2002.
- On January 10, 1998, stock options were granted to a director entitling him to buy 100,000 common shares at $0.17 expiring january 9, 2002.
- On January 22 news release: private placement planned for $1,000,000 at $0.25 per unit. Each unit will entitle the purchaser to one common share and one share purchase warrant exerciseable at $0.40 and expiring June 30, 1998. On February 6 news release, $235,000 had been subscribed...I do not know the current status of the placement.
