Still curious if TXN is a "foundry" for Qualcomm's own chips as alleged? Story is Qualcomm does research and design then turns to foundries (TXN, IBM or ?) to actually manufacture. Is that so?

I'm the wrong person to ask. I honestly don't know. I came to TXN through the back door --- after they bought Amati and it was the only way to play what I still consider the winning ADSL technology.

I'm no help but I'm sure someone else will be.

Later ---
