I would like to situate a smallish narrow vein one with a grade of about .45 ounces per ton in Ontario right next to an abandoned nuclear waste dump and chemical spill. We are looking for Venezuelan ex Supreme Court justices to mine the thing. We plan to make the tailings pond whale safe and to prove that we are going to raise whales in the pond itself. We so no obstacles to doing that from the MNR as whales are not native to the area. Pickerel would be different of course. Of course we intend to hire natives to feed the whales. As soon as the whales are old enough we intend to teach them French and repatriate them to the ocean. Do you know where we can obtain whale eggs?
