I did some checking on that arrangement that IAS made with Stanford -- the Communications Satellite Planning Center that IAS contracted with at Stanford is a very tiny outfit -- I'm not sure, but I think it's just one professor. I searched Stanford's Web pages and the only place I can get a hit on the center is at ee.stanford.edu , the personal page of the guy in charge of it. It is not listed under Stanford's extensive list of research programs.

So, perhaps one professor gets 35,000 dollars from Neldon (see the SEC filing at sec.gov ), but there is still no working DWM product available for sale.
