Hi KAA I think the merger has to go through but the reverse can be put on hold for 60-90 days until or until the stock price appreciates to something more substantial. The nasdaq listing isn't essential immediately. I think most would agree that a reverse has to take place but not at these levels. Perhaps WOTD were hoping that shareholders would see the drop in price and dump their shares with WOTD picking them up for next to nothing and perhaps that did happen but not enough people jumped ship. I'm still holding my little bit with a decision to make in the next two weeks..dump or go long. KC
