Also planning my own hand mfgd "gold coinage." Haven't decided on obverse image of said 1/4 oz gold pcs, but will have the purity and weight embossed on reverse. The best part is they will sell at spot + S&I. Tis a fascinating skill I just recently acquired. Basically, coin mfg principles haven't changed in about bazillion years...just the mechanization of said principles. Open to serious a/w/a silly suggestions for the obverse image... some ideas I've had are: pot o'gold... Ole #9's image... horse/muleshoe... celtic cross... Other ideas? Might earn you a free silver one as I'll be hand mfg those as well... O/49r
