Keith,
I hear you. I'm not familiar with corporate law but
I'm not one to lay down and die either. I'm also not
going to keep quiet so people won't see what a dog of a
stock I bought.

The shareholders are the company. It must be possible
to band together to take control of the situation.

I too am a small shareholder but if there is potential
for CLL assets why let them slip away. I presume we would
need a majority of shareholders to act but what better venue
to advertise for such support.

Any comments anyone?
