cendant came pretty close to losing 1/2 its value in one day

and before you tell me SEEK isnt Cendant

Cendant shareholders would have said that could never happen to them

edit...it did lose MORE than 1/2 its value in one day

close 35 5/8

low the next day 17

but the closing price was 19

btw, just because someone has invested for 30 years doesnt mean they are right

just like someone who has invested less than 1 year is not necessarily wrong.
