Ok, so now it's at 7 7/8, and the premium is 4.1%. That tells
us something about the stock - it is efficent enough to foretell
asset value changes. But down here I am interested. If it's
efficient at forecasting changes, then a small premium gets me a
bit excited.

Fidelity Advisor Korea at 5 is selling at net asset value. Maybe
another way to play this country.

What most are forgetting is that Korea is a country of immense
pride and tremendous intellectual capital. It is not
a third world dustbowl. It's financial problems will work themselves
out, and the country will move forward.

Tremendous social needs would erupt if the wall came down.
Many NK are related to SK, so there is a bond. It would be
a drain on SK, and we should all realize that risk. But even
so, buying the country via these two funds at current prices
to me is much safer than buying US stocks currently, IMO
