Sorry folks, I can't see anyone at CIEN being optimistic if CIEN simply meets lowered expectations. To clear the air, a hold recommendation is akin to a sell recommendation in all practicality. Since the beginning of March, CIEN has been relatively flat. IMO there has been a bit of selling since Tuesday. Had there been real news, news that would have been of importance, CIEN would likely have held its gains, and then maybe gone further north. Just my thoughts, it
