Hi Fast-Tracker.

How many units of FAST1 do you honestly think will be sold each year, once the product has been accepted by the marketplace? How many emergencies will really require FAST1?

Before you answer that question, ask yourself why is it that hospitals who have already tested it successfully have not yet placed their orders?

As far as the difference in shares outstanding, please folks, do your homework! The information has been posted several times previously (a few months ago). Basically, Mr Jacobs and other insiders issued themselves new shares at .80 each in December 1997 when the company needed money to pay suppliers, meet the payroll and continue day-to-day operations.

I am not long nor short on PYT at this time. I was happy to buy a few months ago at 1.35 and sold at 6.50 a few weeks later when the stock became grossly overvalued on a short-term basis. I stated then, and I will repeat now, that I expect to buy PYT again when it reaches the 3.00 area. Based on recent trading pattern, I would expect to see that sometime before the end of May. If I am wrong and PYT goes up instead, well, life does go on and I will look at other opportunities.

Good Luck and have a very nice day.

Pierre
