Norm, I'm going to refer your question to Jerry Gach. He and I have been trading this one together. He is great at digging up news and doing research. He's had some interesting discussions with the companies IR person, the CEO and CFO. I mostly just pay attention to the charts. I will tell you that yesterday Jerry emailed me with a SEC filing showing that the CEO and a 10%+ insider recently bought about 50,000 shares. Comforting in my opinion. Right now I'm hoping for a test of the recent low in the 3 1/2 to 4 range. IMHO it's an excellent buy in this range. 6.125 is the critical resistance. If the price closes above it a couple of times next week the bottom most likely won't be retested. Best of luck, Mike
