Ken/Baoho:

I agree--very positive results for the quarter.

Hambrecht & Quist is maintaining a BUY on Verilink, citing improving business fundamentals and expressing optimism that, with returning business from MCI/WorldCom and continued strong demand for wireless products, there is an excellent chance that VRLK may have sufficient orders to exceed H & Q's revenue and earnings estimates for 4th quarter of 1998.

They also initiated 1999 numbers for Verilink. Fiscal year 1999 (June) is estimated at $0.15 EPS on revenues of $72.8 million. Calendar year 1999 is estimated at $0.49 EPS on revenues of $90.1 million.

I think the stock is undervalued.
