In the annual meeting--Stuek said there would be an announcement this week when questioned about his statement in the conference call relative to organizational changes. Reading between the line (I repeat--reading between the lines)--I would expect more than one change--I will further guess that the uncertainty relative to the top management of the company has been part of the pricing problem with the stock. Stuek has to get his team in place quickly to have an impact on the price and revenues. It is a very delicate balance. Maurice Sadowsky
