1. the "dog" letter had way too much hype and misinformation in it.
2. The company needs the money for operations --buying back stock at this point makes little sense.
3. The company will not fall to the pink sheet because they are fully
reporting with the SEC.
4.A reverse makes sense, but at a later point-in-time!
5. As mentioned,I do not assume that management can get the vote
at present.
6.The management does realize that nasdaq listing at present means
nothing and have little intention in pursuing this at present.
7. I have had numerous conversations with management and the major
goal is too grow the company and enhance shareholders value.
8. I suggest that any one that does not believe them that they sell
their shares..I also believe that most purchased SCTI at the .10
level..Profits are still 140% above this level.
9. Finally, If you are nervous and do not trust management then take
your investment out and be risk-free.
