CHERYL, we're so lucky to have you around to respond to simpletons like Bugnet. The little state of Arizona thinks it's serious enough to budget $100mm to comply. They're 40% compliant at last check. California is upping the ante to 1/2 billion because they now have recognized the embedded system problem. I can see the Bugnet mindset actually contributing to Y2K chaos. BOB O
