I guess all the Rabbis emigrated to Israel along with lot of others.I do not know why none came forward to fill the gap. I also do not know if the rest of them will one day emigrate or they would be able to take the 'plate' with them if they did.It is very unlikely that they will all emigrate though,for one thing they could have gone by now if they wanted to. If I may ask,is your first wife Assamese?? I have never been there but hope to one day. They are famous for their tea plantations and now they have oil too I hear.
