I have no basis for prediction except the run-up in price over the last 2 sessions. I thought someone might know something.

As for no reason to short: I have heard that certain members of the 'shorting cartel' have cooperated to drive some companies out of business to allow no buy-back of the shares, which allow use of a tax loophole to avoid reporting gains. It is unlikely this would work on IAIC. I think you are right... further shorting of IAI is nuts.
