Robbie, the most important thing you left out was time horizon. If you are looking for something for 2+ yrs then AMTD service may come into question, however, all the other "good" factors and the rate they are adding new accounts far outweights the "longer" term impact of poor service IMHO. I'm looking to trade in and out of amtd over the next yr.

I use Scottsdale. I think at any point, all on-line services can be slow. I've never heard about amtd being any worse than any others.
