It seems that Mr. Teo will benefit from good or bad earnings. If earnings are good - great, three quarters positive earnings. If earnings are bad then he has ammunition to use against management if he were to fight for control of the board. Either way, the next few weeks will be very interesting. It would be hard to imagine the shareprice getting much lower unless somebody sees something that I am missing. The discussion on greenmail is relevant although it does appear to go against Mr. Teo's MO. The background on Mr. Teo is much appreciated. Granted, the current management hasn't done the shareholder any favors so a payoff from them wouldn't surprise me. I just don't see that happening in this case.
